Much more news has been revealed since yesterday! While the rune on Frostmourne indeed can be seen in the ice, it was a Diablo 2 “Shael” rune long before Arthas was conceptualised.
I hope this isn’t just a big tease from Blizzard 
The two runes (Shael and Hel) look to be in a pentagram. Tomorrow’s image should pretty much confirm this.
