Ground Armor
From The StarCraft 2 Wiki
Ground Armor is a defensive upgrade that is available for the Protoss that enhances the armor rating of all ground walking units. Each upgrade is accumulative and automatically adds to the base armor of all units that are built from the Gateway, a few from the Robotics Facility and the Probe.

The research time for each armor upgrade has been reduced considerably since StarCraft I.
