While expendable, the massive losses of Terran Marines during the Great War began to become cost prohibitive. The Medic's use of chemical modifiers has greatly enhanced the survival rate of UED forces, lengthening the expected battlefield life expectancy to over nine seconds. [1]
[edit] StarCraft II Healing
Healing is an ability possessed by the Medivac Dropship (and the Medic where that unit is still found). The Medic will use up 1 energy to restore 2 hit points to a biological unit, and will repeat until the target is full health or another order is issued to the healer. Healing will work on ally players as well as owned units. The Medivac Dropship uses 7 energy to restore 20 hit points.
