The Terran Dominion is the strongest human faction, oppressing its citizens, and led by Arcturus Mengsk. It came to power following the successful rebellion led by the Sons of Korhal against the Confederacy. Due to his continued rebel activities, the Dominion is no big fan of Jim Raynor, and they do what they can to discredit Jim and his band of rebels.
It's capital world is Korhal IV.
