The Terrans in StarCraft II have three active units, and two canceled units, that are constructed from the Factory:

| Hellion | +1 |
| Siege Tank (Tank Mode) | +1 |
| Siege Tank (Siege Mode) | +1 |
| Thor | +1 |
| Cobra ** | +1 |
| Firebat ** | ?? *** |
* The armor bonus is accumulative per each upgrade level.
** The Cobra and Firebat have been removed from the open multiplayer aspect of the game.
*** Since the Firebat was briefly moved from the Barracks to the Factory before being dropped it is unsure whether Infantry Armor or Vehicle Plating will apply.
