Background
Vortex is a skill available to the Protoss Mothership that creates a temporary field that pulls nearby units and disables them for the duration. This affects both air and ground units, but it's unclear yet whether structures will be disabled as well.

The Vortex skill is the replacement for the original Black Hole, and is intended to be the more balanced version for the open multiplayer.
